1. How long does delivery take to arrive?
Delivery can take up to 2-3 days, depending on your location in Toronto. If you are located outside of Toronto, then delivery could take more than 5-7 days.

2. Do you deliver outside of Toronto?
We may be able to deliver outside of Toronto depending on the location, but there will be a delivery fee. Please contact us directly for a quote.

We deliver every Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday.

5. Do you take payment at the door?
Yes, we can accept cash at the door at the time of delivery. You can also E-transfer payment to [email protected]. But in order to utilize these payment options, please notify us beforehand by calling the store: 416-256-2654

6. Should I tip the delivery person?
We are happy to gain your business and do not require gratuity for delivery. Thank you for thinking of us though!

7. How can I pay for delivery?
You may pay with a credit card via STRIPE during checkout on our website. Alternatively, you may call us directly to arrange other forms of payment.

8. Are all sales final?
No, exchanges are accepted at Avenue Pets for store credit only for unused original condition products within 7 days of purchase.
